TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read these terms before commissioning me. By placing an order, you agree to the following conditions.

1. PAYMENTS

All payments are handled through VGen. At least 50% of the total payment must be paid upfront before I begin working on the commission.

2. REVISIONS

The first 3 revisions are free. Any additional revisions will cost 5€ each.

3. DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

Commission completion can take anywhere from a few days to 2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the artwork and my availability.

If something comes up that affects the deadline, I will make sure to update the client. Faster delivery can be arranged for an additional fee.

4. PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE

Commissions are for personal use only. Commercial use, reselling, reproduction, or publishing for purposes other than personal use requires my approval beforehand.

If you share the commissioned artwork, please credit me. You may not claim the artwork as your own.

5. PROHIBITED USES

My artwork may not be used for blockchain related purposes, including NFTs and cryptocurrency.

I do not consent to my artwork being used in AI datasets or with AI tools. Please do not look for any loopholes.

6. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Either party may cancel a commission. The refund amount will depend on how much work has already been compelted.

Completed commissions are non refundable.

7. BEHAVIOUR

Disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated. I reserve the right to cancel a commission if a client behaves disrespectfully.
